THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Crl.R.C.Nos. 2757 and 2877 of 2017 COMMON JUDGMENT: These revisions are filed by the petitioner/complainant against the common order dated 11.08.2017 in Crl.M.P.Nos.229 of 2014 and 230 of 2014 on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, wherein the learned Magistrate has allowed the said petitions and discharged the accused Nos.1 to 4. 2. Heard Ms. P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the petitioner-State and Sri J. Vinodh, learned counsel for the Respondents/Accused Nos.3 and 4. 3. Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing, Sri P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, representing the petitioner-State appeared and submits that these matters are settled out of Court and hence, the petitioner intends to withdraw these revisions and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, these two Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Orders granted earlier, if any, stands vacated.
