THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Revision Case No. 2377 of 2012 JUDGMENT: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner against the order, dated 06.11.2012 in Crl.M.P.No.4278 of 2013 in C.C.No.85 of 2010 passed by the learned First Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tenali, wherein the petition filed by the petitioners, under Section 45 of Indian Evidence Act requesting to send the cheque No.355023, dated 23.09.2009 to the Government Hand Writing expert, Hyderabad for comparison with the admitted signatures of the petitioner, was dismissed by the trial Court. 2. A perusal of the case status furnished by the Registry, the main case i.e., C.C.No.85 of 2010 was disposed on 30.08.2018, therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. 2 Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
