THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Revision Case No.1898 of 2013 ORDER: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner herein against the order, dated 26.06.2013 passed in M.P.No.9892 of 2012 in D.V.C.No.16 of 2012 by the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Visakhapatnam, wherein the petition filed by the respondent No.1 under Section 23(2) of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, was allowed by the trial Court. 2. A perusal of the information furnished by the Registry shows that the matter was settled before Lok Adalat on 23.10.2018 and therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive for adjudication by this Court and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
