PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner herein/accused against the order dated 14.08.2012 passed in Crl.M.P.No.27 of 2012 in S.C.No.126 of 2012 by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Razole, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 91 read with 139 of Cr.P.C., to issue summons to the Proprietor Bharath Studio, Add- Cine Road, Tatipaka Village to cause production of compact disc relating to the photograph, was dismissed by the trial Court. 2.
