THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Revision Case No.1664 of 2013 ORDER: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/complainant against the order, dated 11.07.2013 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1286 of 2013 in C.C.No.127 of 2009 by the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, at Guntur, wherein the petition filed by the respondents under Section 216 of Cr.P.C, seeking additional charges under Section 313 and 420 IPC, was dismissed by the trial Court. 2. A perusal of the information furnished by the Registry shows that the main case i.e., C.C.No.127 of 2009 was disposed of on 03.12.2018 and therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive for any adjudication by this Court and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
