THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Revision Case No.1537 of 2013 ORDER: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 9 and 11 to 13 against the order, dated 23.07.2013 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3 of 2013 in S.C.No.266 of 2011 by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, at Sattenapalli, wherein the petition filed by the Complainant under Section 311 of Cr.P.C, seeking to issue summons to Dr.Vanaja, Surgeon, Government General Hospital, Guntur and direct her to produce Case Sheet of P.W.2 Chilaka Venkateswardlu alias Peddabbai and to give her evidence was allowed by the trial Court. 2. A perusal of the information furnished by the Registry shows that the main case i.e., S.C.No.266 of 2011 was disposed of on merits on 13.07.2015 and therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive for adjudication by this Court and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
