THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Revision Case No. 1536 of 2013 JUDGMENT: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioners against the order, dated 23.07.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.4 of 2013 in S.C.No.266 of 2011 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Sattenapalli, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner/complainant under Section 311 of Cr.P.C seeking to issue summons to Dr.Ch.Kishore Kumar, Radiologist, Government General Hospital, Guntur, was dismissed. 2. A perusal of the case status furnished by the Registry, it shows that the main case i.e., S.C.No.266 of 2011 was disposed on 13.07.2015. Therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive and the matter would become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
