PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of BNSS, has been filed by the petitioners herein/A4 to A6, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.54 of 2024 of Gangaraju Police Station, Alluri Sitharama Raju District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 111(2)(b) of BNS and Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 r/w 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘the NDPS Act’). 3. Case of the prosecution is that, on 02.12.2024, the Sub- Inspector of Police along with his staff and mediators rushed to Eedulabayalu Junction, and found A1, A4 to A6 in possession of 400
