PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2, seeking anticipatory bail, in connection with Crime No.162 of 2024 of Chandarlapadu Police Station, NTR 2 Visakhapatnam Commissionerate, registered for the offence punishable under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, the informant gave a report on 27.08.2024, at about 08.00 hours, stating that due to property disputes between his father and maternal aunt’s family, his father went into mental depression and on 26.08.2024 he consumed Scot-Spot Paraquat
