PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of BNSS, has been filed by the petitioner/A2, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.43 of 2024 of Munchingiput Police Station, Alluri Sitharama Raju District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 111(2)(b) of BNS and Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) r/w 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘the NDPS Act’). 3. Case of the prosecution is that, on 07.11.2024, on reliable information, the Sub-Inspector of Police along with his staff and mediators rushed to Dodiput Junction and found the accused in 2 possession of 60.690 Kgs of Ganja. The
