THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K. SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9662 OF 2024 ORDER : This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘BNSS’), is filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.05/RCO-CIU-ACB of 2024, dated 24.12.2024 registered by the ACB, CIU, Andhra Pradesh for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 477A read with 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, ‘IPC’) and 13 (1) (a) read with 13 (2) and 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 as amended in 2018 (for short, ‘the PC Act’). 2. The petitioners are Directors of M/s. Kritvyap Technologies Private Limited, which has been arrayed as accused No.3 in the aforesaid crime. Admittedly, names of the petitioners are not figured as accused in the subject crime. The learned Advocate General appearing for respondent-State also confirmed that names of the petitioners are not arrayed as accused in the subject 2 crime. In the absence of the petitioners being arrayed as accused in the subject crime, question of entertaining the present petition for anticipatory bail does not arise and the same is not maintainable at this stage. 3. Accordin
