NOTE 03. 05.05.2025 TMR, J I.A.No. 1 of 2025 This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the bail condition imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.9205 of 2024, dated 06.01.2025 (Common Order passed in Crl.P.No.9205 & 9290 of 2024). 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/A1 submits that, the petitioner has complied with the condition of appearing before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is aged about 63 years and the investigation is almost completed. Since the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has not opposed the request of the petitioner. 3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed, and the condition of the petitioner appearing before the investigating officer once in a week i.e., on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till filing 2 SL.
