Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Sub- Inspector of Police, Kanchili Police Station, wherein it is stated that on 11.02.2023, the case was compounded with a fine of Rs.4,500/- against the accused before the Lok Adalath, Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sompeta. 3.
