Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has not disputed the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and since it is not the case of the prosecution that the appearance of the petitioners is still required to conduct further investigation, therefore, the condition imposed on the petitioners herein vide orders in Crl.P.No.612 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025, i.e., to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, 2 once in a week, i.e. on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed.
