PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed, by the Petitioners/A.1 and A.2, seeking to quash the Proceedings against them in Crime No.29 of 2022 on the file of Ramakuppam Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 450, 324 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC. 2. Sri Rama Murty PVSA, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that after completion of investigation, the Police filed charge sheet and that liberty may be given to the Petitioners to challenge the charge sheet
