PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed, by the Petitioners/A.1 to A.4, seeking to quash the Proceedings against them in Crime No.50 of 2022 on the file of the II Town Police Station, Chirala, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 427, 448 read with 34 IPC and Sections 3(1)(g), 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Tribes (PoA) Act. 2. Sri Ambati Sudhakara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that after completion of investigation, the Police filed charg
