THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 399 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, u/Sec.482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners/A1 to A5, seeking anticipatory bail, in Crime No.37/2024 of Gollaprole Police Station, Kakinada District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners for the offences punishable u/Sec.341, 325, 506 read with 34 IPC. 3. The case of the prosecution in brief, is that the defacto complainant is having three sons and one daughter. He has Ac.0.15 cents of land in EBC Colony, Upparpeta, Chenurthi Village and property disputes arose within his family. A1, who is his elder brother, used to raise a dispute with him and his brother to claim the said property without giving any share to them. Subsequently, in the year 2019, a crime was registered at Gollaprolu police station vide F.I.R.No.209/2019. While so, on 22.01.2024 afternoon while he was proceeding towards Chendurthi village on his motorcycle, A1 restrained him by placing his motorcycle across his motorcycle and pushed him from motorcycle. Later A2 to A5 attacked him with iron rod and two knives and they beat him on his hands
