THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No.386 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A5, seeking bail, in Crime No.81/2024 of Chinthapalli Police Station, Alluri Sitharamaraju District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offences u/Sec.20(b)(ii)(C), 25 r/w 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 3. The case of the prosecution is that on 01.9.2024 at about 6.00 a.m., on receipt of credible information regarding illegal possession and transportation of ganja, S.I of police, along with staff rushed to teak plantation, Chowdupalli Village and Panchayat and conducted vehicle checking. They found two persons coming on a motorcycle from Cherukumpakalu side towards Chintapalli and on seeing police they tried to go back.
