Since all the criminal petitions arise out of the same crime, they are heard together and are being disposed of by this common order. 3. Sri Kashapogu Suresh, learned counsel, represents that Sri Painti Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners- 2 accused Nos. 12 and 13, passed away and he has therefore filed vakalat on behalf of the petitioners-accused Nos. 12 and 13. 4.
