THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 333 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, u/Sec.482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner, seeking anticipatory bail, in Crime No.132/2024 of Ponnalur Police Station, Prakasam District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable u/Sec.85 of B.N.S.. 3. Case of the prosecution in brief, is that it is a case of harassment on a married lady by her husband and abetment to commit suicide that occurred prior to 08.11.2024 at about 10.00 am in Ponnaluru Village and Mandal in which the accused harassed her both mentally and physically by suspecting her character, blaming that she was having illegal contacts with the public, due to which she took rat poison and attempted to put an end to her life. Later she was brought to the Government Hospital, Kandukuru by her sister-in-law and her uncle on bike and got admitted her for treatment.
