THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 268 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A1 seeking bail, in Crime No.337/2024 of Eluru III Town Police Station, Eluru District, registered for the offences under Sections 308(5), 318(4), 351(2) of the BNS. 2. Case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is working as a Foreman Grade-1 in the Eluru District Stores in APEPDCL. In the year 2022, the defacto complainant married A1, as his second wife on 30.12.2022. She allegedly deceived him with false promises, claiming to be an IPS Officer in the NIA, and falsely stated that multiple cyber cases had been registered against him, including allegations of phone hacking.
