HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURESH REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 2451 OF 2024 ORDER: When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri D.V.V.S.S.N.H.Bhujanga Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-accused No. 4, prays this Court through Sri Ponnada Sree Vyas, learned counsel, that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant criminal petition leaving the petitioner-accused No. 4 at liberty to surrender and move a regular bail application before the Court below. 2. Thus, the petitioner-accused No. 4 is given liberty to surrender before the Court below and move a regular bail application which shall be considered and decided as per law within a period of one week. 3.
