THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No.214 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking bail, in Crime No.198/2024 of Gunadala Police Station, Vijayawada city. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offences under Sections 376(2)(n), 498-A IPC and 6 of the POCSO Act and 9 and 13 of the Child Marriage Act,.3 and 4 of the D.P.Act. 3. Case of the prosecution is that A1 developed acquaintance with the victim girl aged about 16 years. On 29.6.2024, A1 on the pretext of love, with his deceitful words, took her to Machilipatnam bus stand and from there to Gudivada along with him and later took her to his house at Ramannamudi village and had sexual intercourse with her. On 30.6.2024, A1’s sister in law informed the victim girl that A1 was already married. Then A1 informed to the victim that his wife left him and he had two children.
