The learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioners have been in judicial custody since 24.11.2025 and are facing allegations for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), and 109(1) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (for short, ‘the BNS’). He would further submit that the accused obstructed the defacto complainant from constructing a building for a smart kitchen. He would also submit that the victim was discharged from the hospital long back and that the petitioners are ready to furnish sureties to the satisfaction of the Court and to comply with any conditions imposed, for their release on regular bail.
