By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No.121 of 2024 at Police Station-Mehnagar, District-Azamgarh under Sections 302, 201, 34 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 05.04.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 09.05.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Pavan Kishore, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Paritosh Kumar Malviya, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The applicant is the husband of the deceased. The relations between the two were harmonious. 2. The deceased died of injuries sustained in an accident. The applicant promptly informed his in-laws about the unfortunate mishap. The body of the deceased was cremated in the presence of her parents. This fact has been
