The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.609 of 2024, under Section 103(1), 352 and 330(2)(e) BNS, Police Station Roza, District Shahjahanpur during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 2.10.2024 against the applicant and two others including his wife and according to the FIR, on 28.9.2024 at about 11.00 AM informant arrived at spot along with her husband for taking possession of the house but applicant and others refused to provide possession and thereafter they started making assault upon her husband and when he was taken to Hospital then Doctors declared him dead. 4.
