Heard Sri Alok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shatrughan Yadav, learned AGA, for the State. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 236 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103, 352, 115(2) BNS, Police Station Simbhawali, District Hapur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant was not named in the FIR but he has been made accused in the present matter during investigation through the statement of co-accused Shahnawaz along with co-accused Naseem and after considering entire facts of the case in detail co-accused Naseem has already been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 24.1.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.Bail Application No. 178 of 2025 and on facts case of applicant is at par with him. 4. He further submits that however, in the present case one person, namely, Farh
