FIR of the present case was lodged on 30.08.2024 against unknown persons and according to the FIR on 28.08.2024 elder sister of the informant had gone from the house of the informant but did not return and subsequently her dead body was found. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that nobody was named in the FIR but after 13 days through the statement of the father of the deceased, he has been made accused in the present matter. 5.
