First bail application of the applicant was dismissed by this Court on 03.4.2023 for want of prosecution The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jitu @ Jita @ Jit Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Sessions Trial No.125 of 2019, Case Crime No.26 of 2019, under Sections 302, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station Neoria, District- Pilibhit, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is in jail since 7.2.2019. Before the trial court, four prosecution witnesses have been examined.
