The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0277 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 140(1), 191(2), 103(1), 238(A), 3(5) BNS, Police Station- Barsathi, District- Jaunpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 07.10.2024 under Section 115(2), 140(1) BNS against two named accused persons (non applicant) and some unknown persons and according to FIR, on 06.10.2024 at about 9:00 p.m. in the late evening nominated accused persons along with their unknown associates abducted the son of the informant while he was standing at the shop. 5.
