By means of this application, the applicant, Brikesh Kumar @ Vikas @ Bullat, who is involved in S.T. No. 142/2020 Case Crime No. 180 of 2019, under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 34, 201 and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station-.Pipri, District- Sonbhadra and is in jail since 16.11.2019 is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Sudhansu Singh, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 22.8.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 36968 of 2023. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, Sudhansu Singh, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity
