The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.402 of 2024, under Section 103 B.N.S. Act, 2023, Police Station Thanabhawan, District Shamli, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 15.10.2024 against applicant and according to the FIR, son of the informant used to consume liquor and on 22.09.2024 in the night at 11:00 p.m. when he was under intoxication then his dispute arose with his daughter i.e. applicant and thereafter applicant tried to restrain him by putting clothes (chunni) on his neck and due to the act of the applicant, he fell down and subsequently it was revealed that father of the applicant i.e. son of the informant has died. 4.
