FIR of the present case was lodged on 17.09.2024 against three persons (non-applicant) and according to the FIR, husband of applicant i.e. co-accused Navi Abdulla @ Bhura illegally stored the fire crackers near the house of the informant without license and he alongwith his son after setting fire in his crackers ran away and due to that blast took place and five persons died. 4.
