By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No.0125 of 2024 at Police Station-Kosikalan, District-Mathura under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 302, 307, 504, 506 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 25.02.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 28.06.2024. The applicant has been identified as one of the principal offenders who had inflicted the fatal injuries to the deceased. The applicant had common intent of committing the offence with the other co-accused persons. The offence is grave. There is likelihood that the applicant committed the offence. At this stage, no case for bail is made out. The bail application is dismissed.
