Applicant seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 626 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No. 127 of 2022, under Section 302 of I.P.C., Police Station - Ramkola, District - Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the informant filed an FIR alleging that his daughter was married to the applicant ten years prior to her death, in accordance with Muslim customs, and had given birth to a son, Zaheer, who was then nine years old. The applicant was accused of subjecting his wife to cruelty. In the morning of May 13, 2022, the informant discovered his daughter's lifeless body at the applicant's residence.
