Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 363 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Katghar, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his son was assaulted in the night by named accused persons Amod and Mohit which was seen by the applicant. The deceased succumbed to the said stabbed wounds caused by the named accused persons on 14.07.2024 at about 1 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The FIR is delayed by about six hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused,
