By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No.30 of 2024 at Police Station-Kalwari, District-Basti under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 302, 323, 325, 504, 326 IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act. The applicant is in jail since 11.02.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 28.11.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Ambreesh Kumar, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Ganesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Paritosh Kumar Malviya, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1.
