The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 535 of 2023, under Sections 302, 506 IPC, Police Station Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 22.10.2023 under sections 308, 506 IPC against the applicant and co-accused Sameer and one unknown person and according to the FIR applicant alongwith other accused persons made assault upon the husband of the informant through iron rod. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that initially FIR of the present case was lodged under sections 308, 506 IPC but when injured died after six days then case was converted under section 302 IPC. 5.
