The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 127 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station- Kharkhaunda, District- Meerut, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 09.05.2024 against applicant and co-accused Anakush and according to FIR, son of the informant Manoj and Monti had gone from his house on 08.05.2024 and subsequently their dead bodies were found. It is further mentioned in the FIR that both the deceased a day before informed the informant that if something would happen to them then applicant and co-accused Anakush will be responsible. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegation due
