The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 222 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS, Police Station Lalauli, District Fatehpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 13.10.2024 against the applicant and six others and according to the FIR there was some dispute between informant side and co-accused Rajban Nishad the father of the applicant and due to that dispute on 13.10.2024 at 7 am in the morning, co-accused Rajban Nishad, alongwith 6 others including applicant made assault upon the informant side and co- accused Rajban Nishad and his son Ravi caused axe and wooden stick injury respectively on the head of brother of th
