By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 33 of 2024 at Police Station Kaushambi, District Kaushambi under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 302 I.P.C. The applicant is in jail since 12.04.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 23.11.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Raj Nath Yadav, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Suchit Tandon, learned AGA from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The FIR is a result of a petty neighbourhood dispute in the village which suddenly escalated into violence. 2. A vague and a general role has been assigned to the applicant. 3. The applicant has not been identified as the principal offender who inflicted any fatal injury to the deceased. 4. The postmortem report op
