The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 426 of 2023, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station- Saurikh, District- Kannauj, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against applicant and according to FIR, applicant was having illicit relationship with co- accused Salman and with his help, she committed the murder of her husband i.e. brother of the informant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegation, applicant, who is lady, has been made accused in the present matter and she never participated in the alleged crime. He further submitted that only evidence against the applicant is the statement of her son Rehan but as he was hardly 13 years
