The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.300 of 2024, under Section 103 (1) BNSS, Police Station Ghoorpur, District Prayagraj during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 18.08.2024 against applicant and according to the FIR applicant is the step brother of the deceased and on 17.08.2024 he caused brick injury on his head, due to which, he died. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that informant of the present case is step mother of the applicant and it appears, she was not eye witness and as she was having grudge with him and therefore, she implicated the applicant in the presen
