Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 287 of 2024, U/S 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 118(1), 333, 110, 103 B.N.S., Police Station Jewar, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant and Anil, Jagmohan and three unknown persons are stated to have assaulted the informant and her two brothers Awdhesh and Kaushal on 31.8.2024 at about 12.00 noon causing grievous injuries to them. One of the injured person Awdhesh had succumbed to the injuries later on. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5.
