This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Jeetu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 248 of 2024, under Section 74 of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 9m/10 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Hamirpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per version of the FIR the allegation against the applicant to dragging the victims in the field for making physical relation. He further submits that there is material contradiction in the statement of victims recorded under Section 180 and 183 of B.N.S.S. He su
