The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 271 of 2024, under Sections 302, 120B IPC, Police Station Ujhani, District Budaun during pendency of the trial. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 13.06.2024 against applicant and others and according to the FIR in the intervening night of 14/15.05.2024 the dead body of the son of the informant was found from the railway track but subsequently informant came to know that his son was murdered by the applicant and other co- accused persons.
