FIR of the present case was lodged on 24.07.2024 against applicant and nine others and according to the FIR due to enmity of a land on 23.07.2024 at about 3.00 PM in the afternoon applicant and other accused persons committed the murder of the husband of the informant through Sabbal and iron rod.
