This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Kapil, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 238 of 2024, under Sections 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 5G/6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Khetasarai, District Jaunpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number.
