FIR of the present case was lodged on 16.08.2024 against applicant and his father i.e. co-accused Krishnapal and according to FIR, on 15.08.2024 at about 15.30 hours in the evening, applicant and his father i.e. co-accused Krishnapal committed the murder of the father of the informant through axe.
