The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 390 of 2017, under Sections 302, 452, 34 IPC, Police Station- Binauli, District- Baghpat, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that nobody was named in the FIR and during investigation, through the application of one Rahul, the nephew of the deceased, applicant along with co- accused Jitendra @ Pela and Deepak has been made accused in the present matter. He further submitted that after considering entire facts of the case, co-accused Deepak and Jitendra have been released on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 07.03.2019 and 11.04.2018 passed
